Coaches and Officials Courses

Swansea Harriers is run entirely by volunteers who are the lifeblood of all the clubs functions, they coordinate events, and provide the training and competition opportunities possible, as well as the key roles and responsibilities within the club committee who manage the club.

There are a number of different roles and responsibilities that are available for volunteers in the club. Swansea Harriers is always looking for help and assistance from new volunteers and we welcome any amount of time and commitment that can be offered to support our activities. Most of our volunteers progress through the various coaching and officiating pathways of athletics within the club and often onto higher levels in Wales and the UK.
