Results Round Up From Lee Valley & Chepstow

Wednesday 5th February at Lee Valley London competing for their various university teams, saw SW Hannah Brier set a time of (7.63) for 60m, SW Macey Jones leap out to (10.58m) in the triple jump and SW Gwennan Lewis throws a lifetime best of (11.30m) in the Shot, SW Armani Williams set a time of (26.77) for 200m and SM Iwan Beggs jump (1.80m) in the High Jump, well done all.
 
 
Saturday 8th February was round 4 of 5 in the John Collins Gwent Cross Country League at the brand new fantastic venue and plush surroundings including changing rooms, bars etc of Chepstow Racecourse. The 5th and final fixture is being hosted by us in March at Singleton Park where it’ll be a little more a case of roughing it! It was great to see another big turnout from our runners at Chepstow, our scoring finishers with four to score in the juniors and five in the seniors were:
 
U11G: 4th Chloe Hartley-Green; 5th Libby Hale; 17th Millie Pierce and 32nd Lola Cannon. The team are going great guns at the top of the league!
 
U11B: 25th Oliver Banwell-Clode; 31st Solomon Baker; 38th Tyler Davies and 62nd Noah Coleman. The team are 14th in the league.
 
U13G: 8th Kaitlyn Jones; 19th Sophie Hartley-Green; 21st Ava Davies and 24th Chloe Lewis. The team are 4th in the league.
 
U13B: 9th Oliver Patterson; 31st Steffan Higgins; 55th Saul Otteson and 57th Ethan Jones. The team are 7th in the league.
 
U15G: incomplete team 21st Mai Davies; the team are 18th in the league.
 
U15B: a great run for 3rd was Aled Tumelty in an incomplete team who are 7th in the league.
 
U17W: No runners.
 
U17M: 8th Iwan White in an incomplete team who are 19th in the league.
 
U20W: another great top three placing came from Darcie Bass in 3rd, in an incomplete team, who are 7th in the league.
 
U20M: 6th Dafyd Jay in an incomplete team who are still 2nd in the league.
 
SW: a comfortable win for Alaw Beynon-Thomas in 1st; 17th Abigayle Goodrick-Latham; 26th Helen Marie-Davies; 52nd Diane Brownhill and 97th Jenny Mcadie. The team are 2nd in division 1!
 
SM: 100th Patrick Tudor; 205th Owen Davies; 245th Heath Brett; 266th Rob Falconer and 298th Simon Merrick. The team are 2nd in division 2.
