Results Round Up From London, Dublin & Newport

Without doubt the main highlight this week was on Sunday 6th August where Joshua Griffiths finished 39th (2.20.06) representing Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Marathon at the IAAF World Athletics Championships at London. Josh was quite literally up against the very best athletes in the world, and can be extremely proud of this fine achievement as everyone at the club was too.

Sunday 6th August Josh Griffiths at the World Athletics Championships

10.55am on Sunday 6th August our very own Joshua Griffiths will be representing Great Britain & Northern Ireland in the World Athletics Championships in the Marathon.

Results Round Up From Swansea, Carmarthen, Bath, Cardiff & Birmingham

Wednesday 28th June was the 3rd and final Swansea V Llanelli V Neath U11 & U13 Triangular match at Swansea University. Despite the cold and damp conditions there was a great turnout off 11 from the athletes across all 3 clubs. In a great evening athletics Swansea retained their title with great wins coming from:
