It has been great to receive messages about how our members are getting on, in such a large club of very close to 900 members by the time we include all the volunteers, you could get lost, but it has been great to keep that personal touch with you. Firstly and most importantly, how is everyone getting on? We are a community club and its so important to keep in touch to support each other during this time. If you need something, just want to talk or get in touch with one of your team mates, coaches or anyone else, don't be shy, just ask and we'll do our best to make it happen. We are here to help.

As we are concerned and all aware that the situation around COVID 19 has escalated rapidly, our volunteers and athletes’ health & well being is of paramount importance to the club and takes priority over all other considerations. The Club Trustees met this afternoon (15th March) to consider our response to the current situation, recognising that advice and guidance is changing almost daily.

Results Round Up From Loughborough, Llanelli, Cwmbran, Cardiff, Brecon & Elsewhere

Saturday 7th March was the UK Inter Counties Cross Country Championships incorporating the final fixture of the British Cross Challenge Series at Loughborough. It was a tough course underfoot and equally tough opposition with most of the UK top cross country runners participating. It was great to see ten Swansea Harriers make the West Wales team, and here is how they all got on;

Results Round Up From Pembrey, Glasgow, Sheffield & Elsewhere

Saturday 22nd February were the Welsh Clubs Cross Country Championships for all age groups held at a windy Pembrey Country Park. Despite it being half term the club was still well represented across most age groups. Great team spirt was shown with plenty of individual and team medals won.
