Results Round Up

A few more results to round up this week all of which are again from outside of Wales in London & Loughborough England, Irvine Scotland & New York USA, but next week that will finally start to change with some domestic performances for you.

Sunday 9th January SW Rebecca Williams runs a 26.21 200m at Lee Valley, London and at the same venue but a week earlier SM Mitchell Lawrence runs a 23.07 also for 200m, well done both!

Now based in Harvard University USA SM Steffan Jones runs a 23.08 200m and a 50.65 for 400m both on Saturday 15th January in New York, USA, well done Steffan!

Saturday 15th January SM Kristian Jones had a super run to with the Scottish Inter Regional Cross Country Championships in Irvine, well done Kristian!

The weekend of Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th January saw the Loughborough Indoor Open where four Swansea Harriers were in action; U20W Carys Poole ran a 10.02 for 60m Hurdles; SW Carys Jones leapt a 3.85m PB in the Pole Vault; SM Leon Greenwood ran a 6.98 60m and SM Ben Paris a 7.09 also for 60m, well done to all four!
