10am Sunday 15th March is the 5th and final round in the Seniors West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Amman Valley Trotting Club, Tairgwaith SA18 1UT. For this league athletes should enter themselves online, rather than via their team manager. After the first four rounds our Men’s team are sitting on top of the Division 1 league table with a slender 3 point lead. Our Women’s team have the opposite scenario with them bottom of Division 1 and unfortunately with a 7 point gap relegation appears unavoidable. This is a great local league with athletes of all abilities running, so please give it a go to represent your club. Spikes are NOT permitted, trail shoes are advised but not compulsory.
