58th Welsh U14 U16 & U18 Road Relay Championships & U12 2km Race @ Pembrey

Saturday 12th September is the Welsh U14 U16 & U18 Road Relay Championships at Pembrey Country Park, SA16 0EJ

The age groups will be the same as for the track and field season, therefore athletes that have just finished the following school years:

• U12 = school years 5 & 6.
• U14 = school years 7 & 8.
• U16 = school years 9 & 10
• U18 = school years 11 & 12.

If you would like to be considered for selection for one of the teams please contact your coach. The club will pay the entry fee for the relays and a representative of the club will make the entries for the relays on your behalf. U12 athletes however should enter and pay for themselves online here.

There is no limit to the number of teams we can enter so everyone can get a run, even if part of an incomplete team. We are awaiting the course map, but the timetable is on the link below.

• U14B & U14G both run a 3 x 1960m relay.
• U16B, U16G, U18B & U18G all run a 3 x 3,200m relay.

Following the relays we will reveal our team managers list for the cross country league and championship season when athletes will move in to their actual school years mirroring the 2026/27 academic year.

For the Welsh Seniors & Masters Road Relay Championships on 3rd April at Builth Wells, the club will also enter and pay for the teams.
