Sunday 18th January Seniors West Glamorgan Cross Country League Round 3 @ Margam Park

10am Sunday 18th January is round 3 of 5 in the Seniors West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Margam Park. For this league athletes should enter themselves online, rather than via their team manager. After the first two rounds our Men’s team are sitting on top of the Division 1 league table with a slender 3 point cushion. Our Women’s team have the opposite situation with them bottom of Division 1 and will need a big turnout over the remaining 3 fixtures to try and avoid relegation. This is a great local league with athletes of all abilities running, so please give it a go to represent your club. Spikes are NOT permitted, trail shoes are advised but not compulsory.
