Sunday 1st February West Glamorgan Cross Country League Round 4 @ Kenfig Nature Reserve

10am Sunday 1st February is round 4 of 5 in the Seniors West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Margam Park. After the first three rounds our Men’s team are sitting on top of the Division 1 league table with a slender 3 point cushion. Our Women’s team have the opposite situation with them bottom of Division 1 and will need a big turnout over the remaining two fixtures to try and avoid relegation. This is a great local league with athletes of all abilities running, so please give it a go to represent your club.

The race is limited to 450 runners and entry is controlled by using specific Male and Female team entry links that will be issued by your club. Entry will close when this limit has been reached. There will be NO on the day entry.

You need to make sure that you have selected the correct club TEAM and GENDER when entering.

If you are an affiliated runner, you MUST put down your Welsh Athletics URN. Without this, you will be contacted to pay the additional £2.The race will start at 10am for the Men and 10:05 for the Women.

Spikes are NOT permitted, trail shoes are advised but not compulsory.
