  • All athletes will need to sign in to collect their numbers and pins at least 1 hour before their first event, upstairs in the white pavilion by the 100m start line.
  • Athletes will report directly to the event site – track events 10 minutes and field events 20 minutes before start time (50 minutes for pole vault)
  • Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot, Discus, Javelin & Hammer: three trials for under 11 to under 15 athletes, four trials for under 17, under 20 and seniors.
  • If an athlete has a track event and a field event timetabled at the same time, please sign in at the field event before competing in the track event. Athletes can return to the field to complete trials if time allows. High Jump and Pole Vault athletes will need to re-join the event at whatever height the bar has increased to.
  • Parent volunteers will be required to help with an event that your athlete is competing in, supporting the qualified officials with simple tasks such as raking the pit and replacing the bar. Please offer your assistance if there is a call out.
  • Event Results will be available online shortly after each event has concluded (using the OpenTrack platform) Scan the QR code on the timetable or click here.
  • Please note that parking will be busy at the Sports Park. As a result, those attending this weekend’s athletics event are asked to park at the Singleton Hospital Staff Car Park, shown on the map below and is free of charge.
