West Glamorgan Cross Country League Round 2 Sunday 29th January

10am Sunday 29th January sees round 2 of the West Glamorgan Cross Country League for our senior and masters runners take place at Pembrey Country Park, SA16 0EJ.

There is no selection for this league, anyone wishing to run for the club should register themselves online here before 10pm Friday 27th January. The course is 2 laps approximately 4.4 miles in total for both Men & Women. The surface underfoot will mostly include grass, with some hard woodland trail and one small Sandy climb. Trail shoes are recommended or road shoes, Spikes will NOT be permitted at this event due to a small tarmac / gravel section.

There don’t appear to be any league tables available after match 1 on the West Glamorgan League Website, but we believe both our Mens and Womens teams are about mid table in division 1.

Registration will be located on the field nearby the start / finish area as you drive through the park (see course map)

Entry Fee: £5pp (£7pp non affiliated) – please bring cash on the day.
