David Ejimofor

It is with deep regret that we need to announce the tragic and unexpected passing of one of our U17 athletes David Ejimofor. Our thoughts, and condolences go out to all his family, friends and club members at this terrible time.

David was a talented athlete that trained with us on Mondays showing great potential in several events, since joining the club when he was in Primary School. David was always quiet, unassuming, polite and a pleasure for all our coaches to work with, he will be hugely missed by all his training partners, coaches team mates and all who knew him.

Should any of our members need additional support at this sad time our welfare officers are always available if they are needed.

Davids Auntie Maureen has been in touch with the club to request that all our members sign the petition below:

Dear Swansea Harriers Team,
Thank you so much for your write up about my nephew David Ejimofor. We are touched by your support at this very sad and difficult time for our family.

We do not want what happened to David to happen to ANYONE else. Hence we are calling for the public to help us sign our petition: .
