Josh & Joe At The World Athletics Championships

Everyone at the club wishes our hall of fame athletes Joshua Griffiths (Marathon) & Joseph Brier (Mixed 4 x 400m) the very best of luck at the World Athletics Championships in Oregon, USA this week, we are all incredibly proud of your achievements! Make sure all you tune in to the BBC to watch them race live and shout loud enough so they can hear you from here!

First up is Joseph who will have the heats of the mixed gender 4 x 400m at 11.45am local time by 7.45pm GMT on Friday 15th July with the final on the same day for his team at 7.50pm so a bit of a late night for us which is 3.50am on Saturday 16th July.

Then next Joshua will be starting the Marathon at 6.15am, fortunately for us that is 2.15pm GMT on Sunday 17th July.
