Swansea Harriers is fortunate to have a large team of volunteer team managers who do an excellent job in fielding as full as teams as possible for all the club fixtures.

Junior age groups:
- U12 School year 5 & 6.
- U14 School years 7 & 8.
- U16 School years 9 & 10.
- U18 School years 11 & 12.
- U20 School years 13 & 14.
