Sunday 7th January 2024 is the Welsh Athletics U13, U15 & U17 Indoor Athletics Meeting at Cardiff, CF23 6XD, incorporating the West Wales Championships for 800m & 1500m.
Entries close 11.59pm Thursday 14th December. The final timetable will be emailed to all entrants week commencing Monday 3rd January 2023. Athletes are allowed to enter a maximum of any 3 events they wish, however Swansea Harriers athletes are only eligible for medals in the 800m & 1500m, as the West Wales Championships for jumps and throws will be held at Swansea later in January 2024.
ENTRY FEES: 1 Event = £7.00, 2 Events £14.00, 3 Events £17.50
Codes for regional identification are WWA = West Wales = Swansea Harriers.

U13B = school years 6 & 7 = 60m, 60m Hurdles (76cm), 800m, 1500m & Long Jump.
U13G = school years 6 & 7 = 60m, 60m Hurdles (68cm), 800m, 1500m & 2.72kg Shot Put.
U15B = school years 8 & 9 = 60m, 60m Hurdles (84cm), 800m, 1500m, Pole Vault & Long Jump.
U15G = school years 8 & 9 = 60m, 60m Hurdles (76cm), 800m, 1500m, Pole Vault & 3kg Shot Put.
U17M = school years 10 & 11 = 60m, 60m Hurdles (92cm), 800m, 1500m, Pole Vault & Long Jump.
U17W = school years 10 & 11 = 60m, 60m Hurdles (76cm), 800m, 1500m, Pole Vault, Long Jump & 3kg Shot Put.
