- 1.10pm U14 Year 7 & 8 Boys, 2 large laps = 2000m.
- 1.20pm U16 Year 9 & 10 Girls, 1 small lap then 2 large laps = 2700m.
- 1.30pm U16 Year 9 & 10 Boys, 1 small lap then 2 large laps = 2700m.

RULES & INFORMATION
- Schools and colleges taking part must be affiliated to the Afan Nedd Tawe Schools Athletics Association.
- No athlete is allowed to compete unless a member of staff from their school is present.
- Each school participating MUST provide one volunteer to assist marshalling or on the finish funnel.
- Toilets and changing facilities are available on site. schools are responsible for their own First Aid cover.
- Red large lap = 1,000m and Blue small lap = 700m.
