Saturday 6th September saw the U13 & U15 team once again reach the final of the UK Youth Development League for the top 8 junior teams in Great Britain. This time they went one better than last year finishing in 5th place against 7 other amazing junior clubs. In what was the most important team match of the year it was great to see them gaining experience and all perform so well at such a high level with lots of personal bests.

The club is very lucky to have a number of loyal and dedicated volunteers, without their support we wouldn't have all the opportunities for the athletes. It is absolutely essential for more parents, guardians, grandparents and others to come forward and offer their support if the club is to continue to thrive and survive, if you can only help a handful of times a year it makes a huge difference to the club.
